Stories of Ian
These stories were told by those who loved Ian and still miss him greatly. Part of the grief process is to feel all the feelings associated with death and telling stories is a way to heal through accepting the reality that the beloved person has gone from this life. Telling stories allows us to feel all the pain and memories associated with what has been lost, and also to remember and celebrate with gladness the good times of a life lived to the full. Our final task is to adjust to a life without Ian’s physical body and yet with an overwhelming sense of his Spirit still present.
